Procedure
- Mix the sweet chilli sauce, finely chopped chilli and lime juice with the mayonnaise to make a dressing.
- Slice the red onion into rings and slice the tomatoes.
- Grill the burgers over a medium heat for 4-6 minutes on each side or fry in a frying pan.
- Once the burgers are almost done, put the hamburger buns under the grill. You can also warm them in an oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 2-3 minutes.
- Spread the chilli mayonnaise on the burger buns, add the red onion and tomato then top with the fish burgers.
