    Baked pollock with curry

    Baked pollock with curry
    Easy
    Fish in baked in the oven is both tasty and simple - this recipe with saithe and curry offers exciting flavors.
    Ingredients
    servings
      • 400 g 1 pollock
      • 4 tsp 1 of curry powder (or to taste)
      • 4 tbsp 1 raisins
      • 1 cup 1 of crème fraîche
      • 2 bundles 1 of spring onions
      • 0.5 1 mango, cut into pieces

    Procedure​

    • Cut the fish into cubes and the onions and mango into pieces.​
    • Mix the raisins and curry powder in well with the crème fraiche.​
    • Lay the fish in the bottom of the ovenproof dish, sprinkle the spring onions and mango overthe fish. Then pour the curry sauce on top.​
    • Cook in the oven at 180 degrees for approx. 20 minutes.​

     Serve with rice.
