Procedure
- Cut the fish into cubes and the onions and mango into pieces.
- Mix the raisins and curry powder in well with the crème fraiche.
- Lay the fish in the bottom of the ovenproof dish, sprinkle the spring onions and mango overthe fish. Then pour the curry sauce on top.
- Cook in the oven at 180 degrees for approx. 20 minutes.
Serve with rice.
