Baked cod with white sauce

    • 500 g cod fillet, skinned and boned
    • 2 large carrots, sliced
    • 2 leeks, sliced
    • 1 bunch fresh parsley, roughly chopped
  • White sauce
    • 50 g plain flour
    • 0.5 l full-fat milk
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 6 turns of a pepper grinder

Procedure

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Slice the carrot and spring onion. Roughly chop the parsley.
  3. Mix the ingredients for the white sauce before adding the fish and vegetables.
  4. Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes. Remember that the cooking time varies from oven to oven.
